1. About the Service

Samet is an investment analysis platform that provides portfolio tracking, technical and fundamental analysis, earnings transcripts, investment communities, and optional brokerage connectivity through SnapTrade. The service is provided by Samet and is accessible at sametist.io.

2. Not Financial Advice

Samet is an informational tool. All analysis, ratings, AI-generated insights, and signals are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell securities. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

3. User-Initiated Analysis

All trade suggestions, technical signals, and AI analysis are “pull-based” — they are generated only when you explicitly request them. Samet does not push unsolicited investment recommendations.

4. Brokerage Integration

If you choose to connect a brokerage account via SnapTrade:

• You must understand and consent to all orders placed through the platform.
• Before any order is executed, you will be shown regulatory disclosures including estimated fees and execution price.
• Every trade requires your explicit confirmation — no orders are placed without your active consent.
• Samet does not hold blanket trading authority over your accounts.
• You can disconnect your brokerage at any time.

5. No Endorsement

Samet does not claim endorsement by, affiliation with, or sponsorship by any financial institution, brokerage, or regulatory body. Brokerage connectivity is provided through SnapTrade as a technology partner.

6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload (CSV files, manual entries).
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You must not use the platform to redistribute market data or for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

7. Data Ownership

You own your data. You choose who and how to share it. You can export your data at any time and request full deletion of your account and associated data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Samet is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any investment losses, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the platform. Use the platform at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
